October Update- 09:

Hi everyone, it has been a really busy few months, Its already October and I have not updated anything in awhile. Sorry about that. I am still working on the site though, and i still am keeping up with the forums (for those i do see on the forums) I took a few more pictures of my guys, Sign up and you can make albums and share your tortoises, here are a few of mine from last week: 

July Updates- 09:

HAPPY 4th of July weekend everyone! Have a safe and fun 4th.

June Updates- 09: 

A few things changed. I Moved all the articles on the main page to its own page found on the nav. bar. Also I added a information center which contains the size chart and edible weeds link.

Well June is coming and going, and weather is getting a lot better. Tortoises and turtles are getting to go outside. Remember to please check on your tortoises and turtles. IT can be dangerous to keep them outdoor due to overheating, flipping, and predators, Checking on your animals is a easy way in protecting them.  IT is summer though, everyone have a safe one!

Not turtle or tortoise related news but Michael Jackson died at age 50 R.I.P

Well for may I added a wiki page. I hope people will check it out and add to it. The page is there so you guys can add your information and share your stories about your animals. I hope people will add to it, and I hope we all can help new people to these awesome animals get the right care and help they are looking for. 

-If you would like to add to the wiki but not yet a member, you can easily register. Just click register on the right side, its I think 4 questions and your done. Trust me its as easy as 1,2,3... 

April Updates- 09:

  -Just made a tortoise-spot group, hopefully it will help support other groups and tortoise/turtle owners

- Added a link to a friends webcam, its a cool setup, lots of turtles basking

-Adding new pictures of the tortoises.

- Webcam has been down lately, need to buy a new camera and going to have an outdoor enclosure so need to move it outside.

-going to update the calendar, add more events so people know whats coming up in the future

- forums up and running, also members can make their own album to share their pictures.

March Update -09:

 - Webcam has been not on for the last few days, gotta work things out.

- New Template added.

- Forums on the website is up, easy to register. 

 - Live webcam added for tortoise. Sometimes it might be down but, it will be up as much as possible. ( Sometimes the camera will be down, i will try and have it up as much as possible, and every other day will be on during feeding)  

- I Added the "upcoming Event section" it has reptile shows for the year, Added a ton of care sheets, and updated the Calendar. I still have a lot more updating and will be working on it the next weeks.

1/20/2009:

-Updated the site: Added Event section, put few events on the calendar. More to come. 

 1/19/2009:

-Just got back from vacation, I am getting my new leopard tortoise tomorrow. I need to update some of the links and such, but will be doing that soon.

 12/22/2008:

- ITs almost christmas time and I still need to do last minute shopping, lol. I hope everyone is not in the same boat as I am. I just want to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday 

12/7/2008: 

 -Got my new sulcata babies. Check for updates under the New sulcata page.

- Added a sulcata care page, that has great links and great reading material.

 - Forums are still up and running. Join it now for free, its simple to join just register and follow the easy steps. Once registered you have access to free classified section and can share your tortoise/turtle knowledge or gain help from other tortoise/turtle owners.
